A special attention is deserved by the presentation of modern IT-technologies in the field of phlebology. Our attention was given to applications for smartphones and tablets, facilitating the work of doctors, as well as providing useful information for patients. So, with the help of such applications it is possible to undergo a self-assessment of the venous system state (Phlebological application), obtain data on the biological age of the veins (Veinscore), assess the potential risk of developing chronic diseases of the veins and their progression (Phleboscore), receive a reminder for taking medications (Pill Pro) . These applications are available today for downloading to anyone who wants to.
Thus, the conference not only allowed us to learn the theoretical aspects of modern phlebology, get acquainted with the author's methods of sclerotherapy of eminent specialists, see modern IT technologies, but also served as an excellent platform for the exchange of experience among leading phlebologists of the country.
